pdufault120 Please list Flat measurements for: * Shoulder to hem * Pit-to-pit with coat fastened * Widest hip side to side * Sleeve from the underarm to cuff Please show up-close pics of the cuffs and underarms. I'm looking for signs of wear; worn fabric, stains, holes, pilling, etc. Does the coat need cleaning? What condition is the lining? Thanks so much.

maj7827 @pdufault120 Thanks for your interest. Coat is approximately 48” long, shoulder to hem, 27” across, pit to pit, 26” at hip and sleeve is approximately 21” long, pit to cuff. Have added some pics as requested. Only wear I see is lining needs a few stitches at bottom. Coat has not been worn since last cleaned, but has been in closet for a bit.
