Does this fit a medium or small? Based off measurements, I'd figure a small but want to double check

@lkfarmer Hi - thanks for asking. I just added 2 more pics for more info. I measured the vest when taking pics. Just now looked and the Carhartt website & it measures differently than the tag. Best info is to measure what fits you best to the tape measure in pics. Hope that answers your question.
