These are brand new with tags, and great work pants. However, I do think they fit small, I normally wear an eight, and I would say they fit more like a six. If you’re not sure on size I recommend going into a store and try some for comparison, but these are an awesome deal compared to full retail price. Reposhing this item I purchased from @bradleysarg.
