Womens Blue V neck Lace sleeve Hi Low Cocktail Party Dress Prom Evening XL

This beautiful blue dress is very glam with dramatic Hi lo hem and Lace long sleeves. Personally for my body the hem was too short (hate my thighs) so it didn't work for me but my loss your gain! Perfect cocktail, evening gown, prom, formal dance, holiday party, NYE, and party! It's new, never been worn however no tags as it came in a bag with the tag on it which I no longer have. Best way to describe color is cobalt blue, hard to capture in photo.
