Sorry I’m confused. Is the bust measurement 23”. I know nothing about XL sizes or sizing. Is the color a turquoise blue ? Thank you.

@margaretfish818 it’s measured pit to pit, a little over 23”, and the length is 26”. Yes, it’s a teal color.

@coastalresale Thank you. I’m usually a large (bust 41” total). I’m fearful of it being too large (46”+ bust). Decisions are difficult for me. I’m Very ADHD (attention deficit hyperactive disorder) and 80 years old.
