ivynpeach @snazzzer Hi I measured the bottom where hip is 21”. Approximately it will fit 40” perfectly. I’m also adding another picture for that measurement. While I was checking for the hip I noticed when you wear the top the hem looks same. There is no hi/lo. It only when you hang it shows the hi/ lo.
