Women’s Black Skirt Size 10

EUC essential wardrobe staple. This skirt says size 10, but it fits more like a 12. I have another black skirt, same brand in a size 10 that fits me perfectly. This one is too big. Maybe I stretched it! 😂 I measured the waist, hips and length ( in pictures, respectively). Minimal pilling in waist area, but I took my clothes shaver to it and because of the dark color of the fabric, it’s now barely noticeable. No stains. Zipper and hook and eye closure in back with back vent.
