Women‘s Beaded Cold Shoulder Dress 14

Black/ pearl white, beaded cold shoulder dress. Size 14. Measures 38 inches in length. In 22 inches from armpit to armpit. The waist can stretch to fit 22 inches. Brand new never worn. But the white some dyeing black in the seam of the waist, I think it is from the factory (see the fourth photo). There are two very very tiny flaws in the back since hang up in the store, only can see it if enlarge the photo. (See the last two photos). The small flaws not noticeable when wearing on.
