These boots are new without tags but they are missing the buckles that accent the velcro closure. I think they look better without the buckles but just wanted to mention that they originally had buckles that I don't have for them. As I said they are in brand new condition and have never been worn. Very stylish, contemporary, and minimalist. Leather upper and lining size 40(10)
