Women's Adrianna Pepell Evening Gown.

This is a Dusty Blue Gown. It is a V neck with cap sleeves. It's blousy at the waist. It has beading and sequins on the top and down the bottom of the dress. It is 100% polyester lined. It has been hemmed and I am 5" 4" and it comes to the top of my foot. It was worn 3 hrs.
