Womens Adidas Brand jacket with liner

I purchased this for my daughter to wear while we were in Taiwan. The label size says XL but the jacket would fit a medium sized female. The measurements from underarm to underarm is 23”. Sleeve length from underarm to cuff is about 17”. The length measurement from upper shoulder to end of jacket is about 24”
