thejez Hi! Do these have the metatarsal dome/bump at the forefoot?

elementsca @thejez there is not a separate pad, just cushioned tongue if that is what you’re asking. They do have arch support. Ara’s are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned, have four pairs now, these were the first ones purchased & were 1/2 size too small.

thejez @elementsca thx! I appreciate your response. They look amazing...I have a condition in the balls of my foot that causes pain and I'm not sure if these will alleviate it...is the toe box pretty roomy?
