🌸Available at lower price when bundled- I have to make something on it, folks! Pretty and colorful! Unique yet comfortable, wear over pants or skirt, very versatile and garners compliments! Could be a short dress if you’re small which is how I would wear it over leggings. Patterned sheer overlay chiffon fabric is trimmed on the side with ruffles, creating a cap sleeve effect, but is lined with a black knit tee that is a bit longer. They’re attached at the collar and armhole openings but hang freely otherwise so there no bunching up effect. Scoop front. Well made! Preowned but in excellent condition with no holes, snags nor flaws found, smoke feee home.
