It’s gently used however I think they had a design flaw in making these because the Velcro on it if you're not careful rubs against the lines and makes a little snagging for lack of better term. See couple of pictures. You can use a razor blades To just brush it away. it looks good as new once it's off. It didn't bother me. Liner can be worn by itself. It's a black velour type. I only wore the jacket by itself without the liner but it's nice to have the option so liner is unworn.
