Women’s 2 Pcs Touch-O-Blue Vintage Sleeveless Top/Capri set. Such a cute set made of 70% Cotton, 30% Linen for both the pants and the top. Pants are a size 10 with ruffles on the bottom hem. Their waist 15”, Rise 13”, Inseam 23 1/2”. Top size M pit to pit 20”, length 21 1/2”. Wear the top as is or as a vest. No rips or stains that I could find.
