Women’s 1x J. Jill dress Accordion style pleats

Darling very wearable dress with elbow length sleeves and a dropped waist with pleated skirt. Tie allows loosening or tightening as needed. Looks adorable with tights and pointy toe Rothy flats. Machine wash cold, gentle dry. Excellent 2x worn condition. I’m 5’9” and it drops to my knees.
