Women warm thick blazer formal or semiformal

Hi this is NEW bought from F21 online and apparently it is too big for me. It is a very thick and warm blazer for everyday use in office or casual, I was thinking to wear this and layer with hoodie. The material also is very high quality for an affordable price.
