missugronk its not that super-thin fabric, its a nice fabric that wont wrinkle super-easily i dont think. it does run true-to-size in my opinion, but because its got an adjustable tie, u can wear it as tight as u want to fit you. so id say small to medium. the ties are attached at each side, at the waist, and u tie them at the back

missugronk yes i didnt get a chance to wear it. bought several yrs ago in aruba & havent gone on vacation since. im 5'5" and the hem comes to about mid-calf on me
