Women gap black velvet blazer suit jacket coat collar tie bow 4

This item is from a pet and smoke free location but it could use a serious lint roll from storage. No stains or tears explicitly but it’s been worn and there’s spots of ware throughout as shown in photos. I got the ribbon caught in the closet door and it’s torn as shown in pictures. You could probably just cut them off since they are just an accent to tie a bow on the front (or back if you wanted) since it does have a front hook to close too.
