Women ankle leather booties Mex size 26.5 (9.5 US)

This are Mexican boots. They are made of leather really nice. I'm a size 7.5 and fit big. Think they might fit a 9 or 9.5 Not sure but base on chart it's reads it's a 9.5. They are new never used. Just have a few scratch on bottom sole due to when I tried them on but never could walk them.
