Women L Cold Shoulder Dress Striped Tan Navy Rib

Junior dress by a brand I don't know. It looks like "heart circle heart", but I'm not finding anything useful searching for that. It is marked an L. It does have decent horizontal stretch, but not much vertically. It is navy and tan stripes with a rib texture. Measurement from underarm to underarm is 18", and it is also 18" at the hip. Length from shoulder to hem is 36".
