graziamaria Hi, because you haven't answered I'm going to assume that these are used and that's the reason why you couldn't return them. It's clever that you put 10/10 condition on them without actually saying what you wore them or not. A brand-new shoe is much different from the worn shoe. There's a significant depreciation when they're worn even only one time. Thanks.
