Off the shoulder, tie sleeves. Very light weight gauze type fabric. Very comfy! The size says extra small. But I know it is mismarked. I am a 40 DD and it fits nicely. I just am not comfortable wearing anything off the shoulders. Length in back is 18.5 inches from the top middle.
