This pretty dress from Old Navy is 100% polyester, machine wash and dry. The print is Navy, teal, violet and black. It has ruffled cap sleeves and a ruffle on the bottom. The smocked elastic waist is 40" but will stretch to 46". It is sheer and fully lined.
