Woman’s bodycon ruched dress

This dress has never been worn only tried on. I bought it at a boutique a few years back but never found the perfect place to wear it. 2 kids later it just doesn’t fit anymore. The size says extra small but I think it fits Like a 4 or 6. I’m 5’3 and it’s really too long for Me. Hope to find someone that likes it as much as I do. It is dry clean only and probably needs to be cleaned because it has been in my closet for a few years. Perfect condition..
