Womans Red Dress - Never Worn

I bought this years ago online for a homecoming dance but it was too big for me. Has been stored in smoke free and pet free home. I don’t remember where i bought it from and there’s no tags on it. It is also heavy and a lot of material, but only 1 layer. It has a short trail in the back, built-in pads, zip up and criss cross straps in the back. straps are not adjustable. Attempted Measurements!! : Shoulder Straps: 6.5in front/12 3/4in back Chest/Bust: 15in Waistline: 14 3/4in Hip line (guessed): 17/18in Bottom Flare: abt. 50in, it flows/falls around you Strap to back hem: 49.5in Strap to front hem: 40in Waist to back hem: 32in Waist to front hem: 24in
