Woman's Plus 3X NWOT Almost Famous Off the Shoulder Floral Dress

This is a very pretty floral dress. It is a plus sized woman's 3X dress by Almost Famous. It has a fitted fit. It has an off the shoulder ruffled top. It is very pretty! I was going to wear it for Easter, but it didn't arrive in time. Its tags were removed, but has never been worn.
