bjmerchant @melanie_at Thank you for liking the red top. The arm to arm flat measurement is 13.75”. The waist is 13”. There is a stretch. I hope this helps.

bjmerchant @melanie_at it is a strategy for the seller and buyer to meet in the middle when the offer is only $2-3.00 apart. For instance, if a seller has an item for $25.00 and the buyer offer is $18.00. The seller could use closet close out to price at $20.00 ($2.00 more than the offer and the buyer could purchase the item at $20.00, but receive discounted shipping at $4.99, instead of the almost $8.00) To me this is a compromise on both ends. Just my way of thinking.😊
