Pre-love condition looks like they’ve never been worn, navy blue shiny. I would call it patent leather, but I don’t know. The center sides of the shoes have a flex material. The inside sole is an excellent condition. There is one small scuff on the left shoe left side toe. Heel length 2 inches total length 4 1/2 inches width 3 inches
