@eseaka i am very frustrated, i also can not send messages and also 3 days ago asked Poshmark for support but have not Recieved any reply, you can see I escalated the conversation to them 2 times. What shall we do. USPS SAYS THEY DELIVERED TO YOUR LOCATION AND TIME STAMPED/SCANNED ITEM WITH RECIEPT OF DELIVERY. now it seems both parties are without resolve and no payment and no item located. Help us!!

@eseaka i understand delays as i also sometimes have limited range when travelling, however the package has 💯 % been delivered and scanned and i am sure poshmark investigated/tracked the delivery as completed thru USPS, i tried to advise you /assist you, it's exactly the same process as purchase, returns and reports were available to you throughout the conversation/sale as they were to me, hence me escalating our chats to poshmark to assist you us both in resolving the issue.

@eseaka i understand your frustration, however i don't understand how the host of address has not being able to walk over to mailbox and retrieve the shipment,this is hard to wrap my head around as there was ample time.you actually did that and provided a new mailing address label via poshmark and then again you are stating that also this new address no one is able to open mail box and collect.u would need to be address poshmark as they have a very solid structure and can better help you.

@eseaka host doesn't check mail of the address you provided and now time has lapsed and at some point (but you dont know when) the host will collect package and you want to return it outside of poshmark protection lable and you want me to refund you outside of poshmark? Do i understand you correctly?
USPS time stamped delivery on September 15th at 2:12pm if you had been tracking the shipment then why wasnt host running to mailbox knowing how important it was.

@shushu78 same way you travelled and asked to ship at your time and I agreed is same way the host of this new mailing address isn’t around till the weekend .I dont know the host . my courier spent the summer there and left already on the 14th which we missed . We have been very clear and transparent till now. We missed the first one in Miami. I asked around and got someone in GA. Hope it’s clear.

@eseaka absolutely i will however you are confusing me a bit, first you said host did not Recieve delivery then you said host was unable to check mailbox until now to even confirm delivery as per USPS supports , when whomever you have checking your mail is able to do so and retrieve item plz contact @Poshmark for support as i have turned this case over to them and we absolutely must follow the process they provide to all customers both buyers and sellers to protect us all.

@eseaka please advise if package was able to be picked up. Once done then we can start to ask poshmark again for support. 8 days since delivery, was hoping the host has somehow managed to check on house and mail.

@eseaka Yes it did and USPS has undeniably confirmed that it has and they have scanned and secured delivery into the USPS system. I think whomever u have as a house host knows something and at this point you will have to take it up with that person as to what they did with shipment.I escalated the investigation to Poshmark and to USPS 3 times and both were able to confirm delivery.
why in 3 weeks u never made report to poshmark or researched the USPS as i did to assist you.

@shushu78 I just checked the tracking number again . I can’t attach screenshot here. Kindly check. The host didn’t process this as she was away on a trip. If you didn’t, then perhaps @pm_editor did. I am abroad and can’t do much. Also not exactly familiar with this app..This is the first time I am having such complications. I ordered a bag from another seller same period and it was delivered to the house not mailbox where it was signed for. Same usps.

@shushu78 I don’t know how to contact Poshmark for support . I just saw they sent some messages in our private conversation. They asked to let them know when you receive. I am unable to send messages there as well. Hence posting on here . Pls check on there too and advise on next step for refund. Thank you

@eseaka i have sent all the messages to poshmark and raised the complaint on both our behalf however since USPS said the package was Recieved to your mailing address i can no longer raise another complaint, i think unfortunately someone on your address location may not be truthful with you. I would not be able to raise a refund because you did not issue return of item and refunds is only from poshmark.

@eseaka as a seller this has been a very upsetting situation not only to you but to me as well.. Where is MY ITEM? This is responsability of poshmark and USPS.

@eseaka they asked you to let them kniw once item was received and 24 hrs later it shows recieved as per USPS instructions to Poshmark. I am unsure how to help you at this time.

@eseaka I once again contacted USPS and was able to get someone who actually was able to assist me, seems they are now saying that they were unable to deliver the package and is in route for return to seller. THANK GOD we have some answers. Once Recieved and checked will update Poshmark with scanned return and then initiate a refubd through poshmark to you.

@eseaka i have no idea , they have not updated me, i contacted customer support to advise that package was returned but recieved zero reply or support . We will have to wait it out i am sure what a mess this has been... If i had even suspected this would be such a hassle of a transaction i may have declined sale.. I pray it gets resolved.
