Womans Columbia Rain Jacket

Lightly used black and blue large woman's rain jacket. Used to have the fleece sweatshirt inside but it has been removed. Zipper pocket on the chest, dual side pockets, button on detachable hood, velcro wrists straps that are adjustable.
