Woman’s Black Ruffled Necked Shrug (fits up to 3x)

I’m new on this platform, but have been an online seller on others with a 5-Star Rating since 2007. Extra gift for my first POSH customer. Black Ruffled neck & Wrist knitted Shrug with stripes (gently used) fits up to a size 3x. It does not have any buttons, zippers, or snaps to close it. Perfect for fall or summer attire. Wear with jeans for a casual look or wear over a dress for an evening out. It’s very versatile. FULL DISCLOSURE: It has no flaws or damages. It may have a few pet hairs that transferred on it from me on it that I missed with the roller, but it has been stored in the closet and not worn for several years.
