Woman’s 60’s GoGo Halloween costume

This groovy 60s Halloween costume is brand new & has never been worn, but has been opened. Costume includes dress with attached belt, plush vest, & head tie. Vest is blue as shown in the second picture. Size is adult medium/large (10/14).
