Wizard of Oz, one of a kind painted dress, size M

This is a laundry by Shelli Segal sleeveless white, soft pleated, chiffon like dress. Has been custom painted. It looks like airbrush… with Dorothy in front on the yellow brick road and the back has the scarecrow, lion and tin man. Very good artistry!! this is truly a great unique piece. You will not find anywhere. Measurements laying flat: Pit to pit 18” Shoulder to bottom 37” Marked size medium, but believe this best fits size 6/8
