Is this stretchy at all?

@luhbow it is stretchy. I’m usually a small and I find that it’s a bit too large on me as a medium and I need to make sure it isnt falling down. Although with other withjean pieces I find they run small and a medium works better for me, I think this one is a little more true to sizes and less restrictive bc of the stretchy material.
