Witchy pirate costume dress

Very cute dress for upcoming Halloween months. Very versatile when it comes to costumes. In terms of the size I’m usually a small or medium and this dress fit perfectly. This dress also has two velcro strips sewn on the back, I’m unsure why they are there however not very noticeable when hair is down.
