Winter water factory dress size 6 sample please read

This dress has no label or sizing information. I got it at a winter water factory sample sale as a size 6. It does measure up closest to the size 6 dresses I have but I have provided measurements so that you can judge for yourself. The fact that it was a sample is reflected in price. Length is about 22.5” and width screws chest about 12.5”.
