coat has two outside pockets two inside pockets the pockets are pretty deep also comes with a pouch connect to one of the pockets inside the coat there are zippers underneath the armpits in case you get too hot and you want to let air in it's a heavy great winter coat my daughter received the jacket as a Christmas gift when she was 11 years old she worn it 2 times
