Winnie the Pooh Clip pocket watch

Winnie the Pooh, "See through dial skeleton back" character pocket watch. Needs battery replaced. Had battery tested, and it's no good. Other than that, it runs great when it has a good battery. Crystal face on both front and back of watch are in great shape.
