@maddieleblanc13 no it doesn’t. The straps are attached to the bottom skirt. And I like to let people know up front. You also have to wear like a bralette with it because it could show your boobies unless you have fairly small boobs. I wear it with a knit shirt.

@maddieleblanc13 they are one length. I think they are versatile in my opinion. I’m short and the straps are perfect and my friend is taller and slimmer and it still fits her the same if that helps.
