Wine colored dress

Small to medium wine colored dress slightly above knee. 2 row layered bottom piece with lace. Top area also has some lace to match bottom piece. Very unique design from Brazil. One side has an area you can tie if you want to show some mpre thigh ;-) top straps are adjustable as well to make longer or shorter. Used once in great condition!
