Wine colored balloon-sleeve button up

This silky puff-sleeve button-up blouse has never been worn and would be an amazing statement piece. The necktie has a hole in it as pictured but this isn't visible when it's tied and the tie can easily be removed so the shirt cna still be worn as a flawless collared button up.
