Wine Velveteer Dress from Fashion Nova

This beautiful dress is from Fashion Nova. It’s has a velvet and soft material in a more like red wine color. The color is the same as the picture. The dress has a slit in it but it goes to the mid thigh. It was only worn once in February for a Rotc Military ball.
