Windsor size large white ruffle formal or cocktail dress NWT

Super cute brand new Windsor dress. Can’t return it due to the return policy. I got this for my Vegas wedding but went for a sequin option and I don’t think I’ll ever wear this cute dress. It’s flattering and has some stretch, very comfy. Juniors size large, for reference I’m 5’6” and usually wear size 4 in dresses.
