Windsor little black cocktail dress

Super cute party dress. Good for weddings, a night out or semi-formals. Black matte and shinny chevron sequins at the bottom and peplum v-neck top. Wore once, great condition but (sadly) it’s too small for me now. I welcome all offers!!
