Windsor blue velvet over the shoulder dress

Beautiful royal blue color, stretchy, flattering material. Can be worn over the shoulder or with the shoulder strips. I normally wear size 4-6 and this dress fit perfectly. Worn 1 time and dry cleaned. Nothing wrong with it at all, it was just too noteworthy to wear again. 😊
