Windsor black lace short dress

This is a Windsor short lace dress. It has a ribbon around the waist that is tie able and untie able. I wore it once for my homecoming. It is a size 3/4 but Windsor unusually runs small in sizes. It does have a couple snags here and there but isn't noticable at all. It is lightly lined with padding in the chest area.
