Windsor Strapless Hot Pink/ Magenta dress w/ribbon

Spring Cleaning! Priced to sell! Worn only once Strapless dress & in great condition by Speeckles from Windsor. This was originally a dress that was really puffy like almost a tutu dress and falls right below the knee. For a 5'3" frame: dress has been altered to be less puffy and falls right above knee for a more flattering fit. Also had the seamstress add slightly padded cups for a comfortable fit. • smoke free home. Wear to your Homecoming or Spring Dance!
