Windsor Sparkling short dress

Beautiful and sexy sparkling short dress from Windsor. One arm off the shoulder. Appealing and expensive. Very comfortable. I wore this only once for my birthday. Perfect for anytime you want to get dressed up. I recommend birthdays, wedding, fancy date night, New Years, etc. true colors of the dress are in the 1st and last photos. I am not sure why it came out bluish in the 2 middle ones. Shine bright
