This beautiful sheer lace Windsor jacket is NWNT. It has a pretty lace tie in the front to make a bow, and puffy sleeves. I bought it without trying it on, and it appears to be more like a woman’s small or junior’s large. It is stretchy, but not enough for me! Please measure yourself and allow for an inch or two of deviation. Please see pictures.
